Know Before You Come

Have questions before your visit? We’ve gathered the most common answers to help you feel prepared, comfortable, and confident about your appointment.

Is there a charge for a missed appointment

We ask that patients provide advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as reserved time cannot be reassigned on short notice.

Do you offer payment/financial assistance

We accept a variety of payment options and will review treatment costs with you in advance. Our team is happy to discuss payment details and help you understand available options so you can plan your care with confidence.

Do I need to fill out forms before my visit

Yes. To make your visit as smooth and efficient as possible, we ask that all required patient forms be completed before your appointment.

Completing forms in advance allows our team to review your medical and dental history ahead of time, ensures accurate records, and helps minimize wait time when you arrive. If you’re unable to complete them beforehand, please arrive a bit early so we can assist you—but we strongly recommend filling them out in advance whenever possible.

How do I pay my bill

You can pay your bill securely and conveniently online.

We provide a Pay Bill option in multiple places on the website—including the top navigation, footer, and Patient Resources section—so it’s always easy to find. On the Patient Resources page, you’ll be directed to a secure payment link where you can submit your payment safely at any time.

Where should I park

Parking in Washington, DC can be limited, but there are several workable options near our office.

There is a PMI garage parking available on the premises for patient convenience. Because our practice is located on a main thoroughfare, street parking is not immediately available in front of the building. However, there is residential street parking about one block away, across the street, which many patients also use successfully. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes before your appointment to park and walk over comfortably.

Can I bring my pets to the office

For the comfort and safety of all patients and staff, we’re unable to allow pets in the office. Service animals, as defined by law, are always welcome.

What insurance do you take

We work with a variety of dental insurance plans and are happy to help you understand your benefits. Please contact our office with your insurance information so our team can assist you prior to your visit.
