Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide comprehensive, esthetic, prevention oriented dentistry with an emphasis on early intervention to alleviate dental issues, and to elevate each of our patient’s oral health. We will endeavor to improve each patient’s oral health and educate our patients about the influences superior oral health benefits can have on overall health and wellness. Each patient’s individual needs and desires will be regarded with appreciation and respect; all recommendations will be carefully explained with detailed treatment expectations, results and alternatives.
We will provide these services in a warm, caring, professional environment utilizing the most innovative, current materials and technologies. We recognize and accept our responsibility to our broad community and strive to aid and improve those in and around our area without access to proper dental care. Our practice also recognizes the importance of elevating the knowledge of oral healthcare and participates through outreach programs to further the cause of dental health care.

The hygienists and assistants are highly talented and compassionate. The staff is friendly and professional, ready to answer inquires, develop treatment and financial schedules, and offer individual attention.
About Dr. Dennis R. Milliron
Dr. Milliron has been in practice in the Washington, DC area for nearly 20 years helping his patients to have optimal oral health and beautiful smiles. Dr. Milliron has a special interest in esthetic and comprehensive dentistry, and has helped thousands of people to attain their oral health and smile goals. He has been in practice at his Foggy Bottom location since 1989. Dr. Milliron attended Potomac State College and West Virginia University, receiving his dental degree from West Virginia University School of Dentistry. Further formal education includes the Executive Management program for dentists at the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. Dr. Milliron has continued his learning in dentistry by completing numerous continuing education programs in all aspects of dentistry, and has aided in the education of other dentists at the Universidad de Americana in Managua, Nicaragua through participation in Health Volunteers Overseas. He is member of the American Dental Association, the District of Columbia Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.
About Dr. Krishna S. Jani
Dr. Jani graduated from Purdue and completed his dental education at the University of Illinois, School of Dentistry in Chicago. He believes in practicing comprehensive, conservative and esthetic dentistry while taking a dynamic approach to treatment that includes the utilization of advanced technologies and techniques. He has practiced in Washington, DC for 6 years in the Foggy Bottom location. Dr. Jani participates in continuing education to advance his skills and offer his patients the best dental care available. In his free time he is an avid golfer and enjoys foreign travel. Dr. Jani is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the International Federation of Esthetic Dentistry.
